Sky Room NY’s Business Casual Dress Code
The Dress Code at Sky Room and many other establishments around New York City is Business Casual. We get hundreds of phone calls, emails, facebook messages, instagram DMs and snapchat inboxes a year regarding what exactly defines: Business Casual, so we took the time to write a blog and post some photos about it and maybe help you pick out your next outfit for when you come up here to party with us!
What Shouldn’t I Wear?
Well first, let’s start off with all the things you should not wear when you come to party at Sky Room in New York City. This will make it much easier for you to get through our velvet ropes with no issues at the door. A seamless experience provides a better customer experience and ensures the night starts off good.
- No Fitted or Snapback Hats or Caps of any kind
- No Sneakers unless in Business Casual Attire
- No Sports Jerseys. We love our superior New York teams too, but a sexy rooftop lounge like Sky Room isn’t the place to advocate your passion for them.
- No Tank Tops, Etc.
But Athleisure is Definitely A Thing, Vogue and GQ Say So
They lied. While we embrace the Athleisure trend, no one wants to see Lululemon and Sweaty Betty logos while sipping on seductive martinis over The Hudson River, staring at sexy sunset views. However, we do allow sneakers in some cases and here are a few Business Casual looks that might work for you guys out there.
